One published rate in every house, whoever pays. A gift does not buy a discount for anyone; it fills the gap for a man who would otherwise wait. That is how every man in the house is treated alike.
What you will not be asked for
No campaign. No countdown. No suggested amount that assumes what you can afford. One message a month on what actually moved, if you ask for it, and nothing otherwise.
